Rental Conditions and Policies
Mileage over FREE miles at $.25/mile
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Extra Generator Hours @ $1.00 per Hour
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: (optional) is $10/day up to $50/week. 2 Business Days Notice Required. This waives the deductible on the collision policy.
HOUSEKEEPING KITS: (optional) (Minimum 2) 2-3 @ $50.00 per person. 4 or more @ $35.00 per person. 2 Days notice Required.
CLEANING CHARGES: @ $25/HR. No charge if returned clean inside and outside. To avoid $35.00 dumping fee, holding tank must be emptied and rinsed prior to check in, leave cap and valves open.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (subject to terms & conditions of rental agreement)
Proof of Liability Insurance is required for each driver. (NO DRIVERS UNDER 25).
A $200 deposit is required to confirm reservation and is applied to rental charges. Reservation deposit is refundable up to 21 days prior to departure.
Prepayment of estimated charges plus a refundable Security Deposit is due prior to departure. Security Deposit: $500 approval on major credit card or $1000 CASH.
Motorhomes are not allowed on "logging roads" and other non-public roads. Lessee is responsible for any damage due to inadequate clearance (overhead, under carriage and sides).
MOTOR HOMES ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO MEXICO
Gasoline, Propane and 15% Rental Tax are not included in the above rates. No warranties are made concerning Fuel Mileage. Propane refueling during the trip is at customer's expense.
Lessee is responsible for any glass breakage and all tire damage, including damage caused by driving on a flat tire.
Each night is considered one rental day-Late returns @$25/hr. No refund for Early Returns (Unused Prepaid Mileage will be refunded).
NO TOWING ALLOWED WITH MOTORHOMES
NO SITTING, STANDING, WALKING OR STORAGE ON ROOF
.Payment must be made in Cash, Certified Funds, Traveler's Checks, or Major Credit Card.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Driver Available (ask for details).
